As a small, independent studio, Galleria Amano produces its products in limited quantities. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, ordering the wrong item, or simply deciding that the product is no longer wanted.
However, we understand that things can occasionally happen during production or shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and any damage to the packaging
If the issue is determined to be a result of damage or an error on our end, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise used are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue.

Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Processing times may be slightly longer during launches, limited releases, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Galleria Amano is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout, or circumstances outside of our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Galleria Amano is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that you have a secure location available for delivery.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
